HandyMate Maldives ("we", "us") provides home and property maintenance services across the Maldives. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our booking page, and how we use it. We keep it simple and only collect what we need to serve you.

- Booking details you give us — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, island/address and a description of the job.
- Usage data — basic, anonymous analytics about how the website is used (e.g. which services are viewed), via Google tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out the service you requested.
- To contact you about your booking on WhatsApp, Viber or by phone.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising performance.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We only share it with the team member assigned to your job, and with service providers that help us run the website and ads (such as Google). When you tap a WhatsApp or Viber button, your message is handled under that app's own privacy policy.
Advertising & cookies
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to enquiries. This may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the contact details you've shared with us at any time — just message us on WhatsApp.
