These simple terms apply when you book a service with HandyMate Maldives. By contacting us or sending an order, you agree to the points below.
Quotes & pricing
- Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. Your final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before any work begins.
- There is no advance payment to book. You pay after the job is completed, unless materials need to be purchased upfront (we'll tell you clearly if so).
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once we reply and agree a time with you on WhatsApp, Viber or by phone.
- Please give us safe, reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, just message us as early as you can.
Our work
- We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Where extra parts or work are needed, we'll confirm with you first.
- Our service guarantee is described on our Service Guarantee page.
Liability
We take care of your property as if it were our own. Our responsibility is limited to the service we agreed to perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
